What I can build for you

Every project is different, but the promise is the same: you get something that works, that you own, and that you can live with long after launch.

Standard development

01

Web development

A website that loads before your visitor notices it loaded.

A company site that finally reflects what you do, built custom — no page builders, no rented themes, no plugin stack that rots in eighteen months. Speed isn't a feature I add at the end; it's what the whole build is arranged around, and I can show you the measurements.

What you get

  • Custom design and build — no page builders, no rented templates
  • Measured performance, not promised performance — you get the numbers
  • Solid technical SEO from the first commit, not bolted on afterwards
  • Works on every screen size, tested on real devices
  • Hosting setup, launch, and a proper handover
  • Documentation so you're never locked in

Typically [4–8] weeks · from [PROPOSED: €4.500]

02

App development

A mobile app that earns its place on the home screen.

Not every business needs an app — and I'll tell you if yours doesn't. But when it does, I take it from idea to the App Store and Google Play: scoping, design, development, publishing, and updates.

What you get

  • Honest scoping first: we define the smallest version that proves the idea
  • One codebase for iOS and Android where possible — faster and cheaper
  • App Store and Play Store submission handled for you
  • A working feedback loop: analytics, crash reporting, updates

Typically [10–16] weeks · from [PROPOSED: €12.000]

03

Custom web applications

The system your business actually runs on, instead of the spreadsheet it currently runs on.

Client portals, booking systems, internal tools, dashboards — the software that is specific to how your business works, and that no off-the-shelf product quite fits. Built in Laravel, which is boring on purpose: it is the most widely-known PHP framework there is, so you are never dependent on me to keep it running.

What you get

  • Client portals, booking systems, internal tools, dashboards
  • Built in Laravel — proven, widely known, and easy to hand to someone else
  • Your data stays yours, in your own database, exportable at any time
  • Built to be extended: the second phase costs less than the first
  • Documentation and a handover session, so your team or another developer can take it on

Scoped per project · from [PROPOSED: €7.500]

Specs, agents and review

04

Spec your idea with OpenSpec — free

Write the specification before anyone writes the code. It costs nothing.

A vague idea gets vague quotes and vague software. OpenSpec turns it into something a developer — or an AI agent — can actually build from: why it exists, what it must do, and the tasks to get there. Use the builder on this site for free. You don't need an account, and nothing you type leaves your browser unless you choose to save it.

What you get

  • A guided builder: the why, the requirements with testable scenarios, and the task breakdown
  • No account needed — your draft is stored in your own browser, not on my server
  • Download the result as a ready-to-use OpenSpec change
  • An AI assistant to help you word it, free once you sign in
  • If you then want it built, the spec already exists — so the estimate is honest

Scoped per project — no list price. Tell me what you need and I will tell you what it takes.

05

AI code review

An experienced pair of eyes on code an AI wrote — before it reaches your users.

Agents produce working-looking code fast, and their failure modes are subtler than a human's: confident wrong assumptions, missing edge cases, security holes that read as perfectly idiomatic. I review what your agent produced — or what an agent built from your OpenSpec — and tell you plainly what is safe to ship and what is not.

What you get

  • A real read of the merge request, line by line — not a summary skim
  • Findings ranked by what would actually bite you: correctness, then security, then style
  • Written in plain language, with the fix suggested
  • Works on code your own agent wrote, or code from an agent I built for you
  • Billed by the minute I actually spend, and you can see the minutes

€2,00 per minute of review time, excl. BTW

06

Agent building

Your own coding agent, running on your machine — not rented from anyone.

If you want an agent's speed without sending your codebase to a service you don't control, I'll build one you run locally: wired to your repository, your conventions, and your review process. You own it, you run it, and it stops when you tell it to.

What you get

  • An agent configured for your stack and your conventions
  • Runs on your own hardware — your code never leaves it
  • Wired into your repository and CI, with the review step kept human
  • Documentation and a handover session so your team can change it
  • Scoped per project — tell me what you want it to do

Tell me what you need

Not sure which one you need?

That's normal — most clients aren't. Describe the problem, not the solution, and I'll recommend the simplest thing that solves it. Sometimes that's a two-week fix to what you already have instead of a three-month rebuild. You'll hear that from me, not a sales pitch.
